ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To summarize the research status and development trend of pharmacy intravenous admixture service in China in recent 20 years. METHODS Related literatures of pharmacy intravenous admixture service were retrieved from CNKI , VIP and Wanfang database. The journal source ,authors and keywords were visualized by NoteExpress and CiteSpace 5.8.R1 software. RESULTS Totally 4 128 literature were included ,and the most literature were published in Strait Pharmaceutical Journal (198 pieces). The configuration service of intravenous administration and the role of clinical pharmacists was cited the most frequently(104 times);the author cooperation network analysis of literature showed that the author with the largest number of papers in the research field of pharmacy intravenous admixture service was Zhang Xiaoxia (31 pieces). The top 20 key words showed that the research contents of pharmacy intravenous admixture service mainly focused on the rational drug use , pharmaceutical care ,quality control ,management mode and other related fields. CONCLUSIONS In recent 20 years,more and more attention has been paid to the research of pharmacy intravenous admixture service. Establishing standard management mode , strengthening laboratory quality control and implementing occupational exposure prevention and control programs are important means to improve the quality of finished infusion products and ensure clinical rational drug use ,and lay a foundation for the healthy development of pharmacy intravenous admixture service. Emphasizing the core of pharmaceutical care ,simplifying management mode and establishing standard management mechanism are the research hotspots in this field in the future.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the application value of bedside lung ultrasound score(LUS)in evaluating patients with primary graft dysfunction(PGD)after lung transplantation.Methods:A total of 35 PGD patients after lung transplantation in surgical intensive care unit from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected as research objects. After lung transplantation, one physician collected the clinical data, including age, gender, preoperative 24 h APACHE II score, postoperative hemodynamic parameters, lactate and respiratory parameters; another physician was responsible for LUS examination and LUS at 12/24/48/72 h post-operation. The correlation between LUS and oxygenation index was analyzed by bivariate correlation analysis. Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was utilized for calculating the predictive value, sensitivity and specificity of LUS score for severe PGD.Results:A negative correlation existed between LUS and oxygenation index in single lung transplant( r=-0.536, P<0.01)and a negative correlation between LUS and oxygenation index ( r=-0.518, P<0.01)in double lung transplant. The area under ROC curve of LUS showed that the predictive value of LUS of severe PGD patients with single lung transplant was 7.0 with a sensitivity of 86.7% and a specificity of 72.1%, the predicted value of LUS of severe PGD in double lung transplant was 13.0 with a sensitivity of 83.3% and a specificity of 60.0%. Conclusions:Lung ultrasound is simple and easy to operate and LUS can evaluate the severity of PGD patients after lung transplantation. It has a high potency of guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.

ABSTRACT

In this paper, a feature extraction algorithm of weighted multiple multiscale entropy is proposed to solve the problem of information loss which is caused in the multiscale process of traditional multiscale entropy. Algorithm constructs the multiple data sequences from large to small on each scale. Then, considering the different contribution degrees of multiple data sequences to the entropy of the scale, the proportion of each sequence in the scale sequence is calculated by combining the correlation between the data sequences, so as to reconstruct the sample entropy of each scale. Compared with the traditional multiscale entropy the feature extraction algorithm based on weighted multiple multiscale entropy not only overcomes the problem of information loss, but also fully considers the correlation of sequences and the contribution to total entropy. It reduces the fluctuation between scales, and digs out the details of electroencephalography (EEG). Based on this algorithm, the EEG characteristics of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) children are analyzed, and the classification accuracy of the algorithm is increased by 23.0%, 10.4% and 6.4% as compared with the EEG extraction algorithm of sample entropy, traditional multiscale entropy and multiple multiscale entropy based on the delay value method, respectively. Based on this algorithm, the 19 channel EEG signals of ASD children and healthy children were analyzed. The results showed that the entropy of healthy children was slightly higher than that of the ASD children except the FP2 channel, and the numerical differences of F3, F7, F8, C3 and P3 channels were statistically significant ( <0.05). By classifying the weighted multiple multiscale entropy of each brain region, we found that the accuracy of the anterior temporal lobe (F7, F8) was the highest. It indicated that the anterior temporal lobe can be used as a sensitive brain area for assessing the brain function of ASD children.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the risk factors for hypertension in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5(CKD5) . Methods The basic information of 390 CKD5 patients complicated with hypertension was collected for univariate analysis ,in‐cluding gender ,age ,primary disease ,dialysis method ,body mass index(BMI) ,complications(hyperlipidemia ,high uric acid ,car‐diac insufficiency) ,level of education ,parathyroid hormone(PTH)level.Univariate variables that showed statistical significance were then subjected to the multivariate analysis(Logistic regression)to identify the risk factors for hypertension in CKD5 pa‐tients.The defined daily dose(DDD)that satisfied the criteria interms of different stages was evaluated.Results Overall hyper‐tension control rate was 22.8%.Univariate analysis showed that the following variables were significantly associated with hy‐pertension in CKD5 patients :>40 years old ,male ,diabetic nephropathy ,hypertensive nephropathy ,hemodialysis ,hyperlipemia , high uric acid level ,and high PTH level(P0.05) ,and DDD at stage 2 and 3 was increased signifi‐cantly when compared with that at 0 and 1 standard(P<0.05).Conclusion Overall hypertension control rate is very low in pa‐tients with CKD5.Diabetics ,hyperlipidemia ,high PTH level are independent risk factors for hypertension in patients with CKD5.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC-ELSD method for content determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Qizhi jiangtang granules. METHODS:The separation was performed on Hypersil ODS2(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)column with acetonitrile-water(32 ∶ 68)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1. Injection volume was 10 ?L. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 110 ℃ and flow rate of N2 was 3.12 SLPM. RESULTS:Regression equation was A=1.699 C+6.181. The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 0.259~1.295 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 6,n=5) with lowest detectable limit of 5.18 ?g?mL-1. An average recovery rate were 97.75%(RSD=2.17%). CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid and reliable for quality control of Qizhi jiangtang granules.
